Kindermusik OUR TIME focuses on your child's healthy emotional development as their confidence, curiosity, self control and communication begin to take shape.

• Instrument exploration nurtures their self esteem and facilitates their discovery of textures and sounds.
• Language skills are fostered with singing, sound imitation, rhyming and object identification.
• Creative movement to different musical "moods" develops their sense of balance, timing and spatial awareness while affirming their urge to move.
• The anticipation of listening is introduced, and with turn taking activities, social skills begin to blossom.
• Essentially, OUR TIME provides the safety of training wheels for the bicycle of preschool!.

'At Home' materials include two CDs, two story books, a Home Activity Book, and a specially designed instrument.

MusikMakers EXPLORER / Kindermusik IMAGINE THAT! continues your child’s creative, musical development as a bridging course before proceeding to the preschool, Young Child program.

• Basic concepts like rhythm, pitch and timbre are developed.
• Vocal exploration develops their singing voice.
• Creative movement strengthens their coordination, rhythm and beat.
• Listening activities cultivate discrimination and memorisation skills.

In MusikMakers EXPLORER / Kindermusik IMAGINE THAT!, the thinker, creator and musician in your child come together and suddenly the little butterfl y has new musical ways to explore the world and to express their discoveries.

‘At Home’ materials include two colorfully illustrated literature books, an interactive play set and family activity book, a double CD, an instrument and a Kindermusik Imagine That! backpack.

Kindermusik YOUNG CHILD is a pre-instrument training program which provides a pressure free, developmentally appropriate transition where your child can musically succeed before taking on more formal instruction.
Your child:

• develops their greatest instrument, their voice.
• learns the symbols and vocabulary of music.
• develops instrument playing skills on the glockenspiel, dulcimer and recorder.
• enjoys listening activities to improve ability to discern instruments and musical concepts.
• learns to read and write notated music.

Kindermusik YOUNG CHILD provides four semesters over a two year time frame. A semester includes 16 lessons divided into two 8 week terms.

Kindermusik YOUNG CHILD relies on parent commitment and participation in the home to encourage and support each child’s music learning.

‘At Home’ materials include a carry bag, class and home worksheets, folder, games bag, game cards, glockenspiel, dulcimer and a recorder all to be used over the two year course in conjunction with your child CDs.
